Beginning in ministry or a new pastoral charge situation comes with unique challenges and opportunities. In this webinar participants will reflect with others who are in their first years of ministry or starting in a new pastoral charge. We will share experiences and have opportunity to process emerging issues in the participant's setting. In addition to brainstorming, support and reflection, the importance of establishing or strengthening spiritual practices that nurture and support ministry, will be introduced.
Anne Simmonds (annesimmonds.ca) is adjunct faculty at Emmanuel College where she teaches courses on Prayer and Death, Dying and Grieving. She is a gifted retreat and workshop facilitator, spiritual director and pastoral counselor with specific training in practices for balance and healing of body, mind and spirit.
