9:30 a.m. – 3:30 at Emmanuel College
75 Queen's Park Crescent East, Toronto ON, M5S 1K7
All of us wishing to live a Spirit-filled life both within and beyond the church need time to refresh our spirit and replenish our spiritual resources. These four days of guided retreat are an opportunity to “welcome your soul home” and “let it nourish you.” Sessions will include: a variety of prayer practices including movement, stillness, silence and journaling; discussion in large and small groups, as well as time for individual reflection, lunch and conversation. A safe space will be created for participants to bring their honest reflections, experiences and questions to the group. These days of rest and restoration are an opportunity to practice much-needed self-compassion.
