Basic Degree Bursaries


Emmanuel College students are covered by the University of Toronto Policy on Student Financial Support.

Eligibility is for Emmanuel College basic degree students (excluded are international students) who are registered for a fall/winter session and/or summer session, and who demonstrate financial need.

Students are expected to explore all other avenues of financial support before applying for an Emmanuel College bursary. Students who are ineligible for government loans may be considered for bursary support.

Students should not expect bursary support to cover total budget shortfall. Students are not eligible for the Emmanuel College bursary while receiving the MDiv Entrance Tuition Grant.

Hamilton Conference students may be awarded bursary support from the Board of Trustees of Centenary United Church, Hamilton, who manages the Emily Lucy Eccles Trust Fund, and an Emmanuel bursary.
